Work as A freelancer

Earn Commissions by Recruiting OR getting New Clients for RV Proposing candidates to us, earn commissions as a freelance recruiter and Business Developer.

The Agency shall pay to The Freelance Consultant, as compensation for the services to be rendered, the sum of [A Mutuality Decided Rates] % of the fees received from the client (after deduction of taxes) given to the Freelance Consultant for each closed position.
You will get the commission once your candidates start working and complete 45 Working Days Tenure in Client Company.

The commission will be transferred in your Bank Account.

1. Get in touch with us- Make a link, build the connection and registrant yourself as a Freelance recruiter.

2. Do some marketing (Speak with your friends who are looking for a job, post our job ad on your Facebook page etc.)

3. Let the candidates contact you and apply via our website –Refer and earn Page.

4. Make a WhatsApp group with your candidate and our recruiter from Resources Valley.

5. RV Talent Team will do the job placement for your candidates.

6. We will send the commission to you once your candidate starts working in Client Company.

Your responsibility as a Freelance Recruiter:

1. Build instant trust with candidates

2. Make a Wechat group between candidates and us.

If You help RV in new Client Acquisition and Empanel with New Interested Clients with us , You will get paid on each billing from that client .
